- 5 / 5By Joshua WellerWinco is a great place if your on a low pay grade. It is the cheapest store in the area by far, it even beats Wal-Mart. Their selection is huge and generally high quality. They have a bulk foods section which carry lots nuts, dried fruit, candies, dried goods, and more. One of my favorites in the bulk food section is crystallized ginger. They have decent fresh foods like mangoes and really good asparagus. Their meat is pretty good, but is depends on what you get. The deli is excellent. The bakery is mediocre, however their bagels are a real treat. They have a nice selection of wines. They have great cheese at a low price. To sum it up Winco is a great place to shop if you don't mind crowding or have a tight wallet.July 12, 2016
