  Long lines, out of all sorts of food. Food that is out is cold and nasty. Gave 2 stars for decent customer service.

  The service here was pretty good. I went with a group of people. For my order everything was perfect, however at most locations they call out when a type of food is getting low so you don't have to wait long for it to be replaced. However my friend ordered something and they had just run out of it and it took 20 minutes for them to get it to him. I think there is definitely room for improvement, but my friend said the food was worth the wait.

  Panda has always had amazing food to me. Got here at 12:2pm for lunch. There was a line of about 10 people before me. Rice and Chow mein was both low when we got there. They just got a new batch of rice and when we took a bite, it was more dry than usual, indicating that it was rushed. Service wasn't bad. Trays were very sticky and not fully washed. Everything else was decent. Better washed trays and fully cooked rice would give it a 5 star from me. Slightly understandable because of lunch rush but not necessarily acceptable.
