  I love Red Bento's food but today's service was absolutely terrible. We got seated within 5 minutes of arriving, place was busy because of Valentine's day but there were always empty tables. Once seated, we then waited for over 20 minutes before I asked for a server to take our order. We got our appetizers with 2 of our sushi rolls and then we waited for over an hour for our remaining 2 sushi rolls. After being told multiple times that our rolls would be 10 minutes out, we asked for our check and just to have our remaining rolls to just be boxed up. After waiting another 45 minutes we were told that 1 roll was done (and apparently just sitting there for 30 minutes) and the other roll would be another 15 minutes. After I complained about having to wait the waitress then brought out the roll that was sitting around and still said the last roll would be yet another 10 minutes. After being here for over 2 hours I finally requested a refund for the half of our food that we never got. Even though it was Valentine's day, Red Bento was in no way ready for the mediocre crowd that they had. They were busy, but there was never a full house. Most people in the section that we were seated in all waited over an hour for their food.

  after waiting twenty minutes for someone to take our order, then over an hour just to receive our food, we were finally served our meals. one of which spilling all over the table, chairs, and floor. our waitress also knocked over a glass of water, completely soaking my friends pants. I understand her spilling these things was an accident, however, not replacing the glass of water was not.
  not only did one of my friends not receive a glass of water completely, but our waitress did not offer the rest of us any refills throughout the entire dinner. in fact, she seemed to ignore us for most of the night. we were asking other waiters and waitresses for more water and to-go boxes, yet it took half an hour to receive them.
  when it came time for the bill, my friend was charged for something he did not order. we arose this problem to the manager, along with all of the other problems we faced throughout the night. she offered us only a dollar off of our meals after we begged her. we suggested that that wasn't enough of a discount so she took back the offer completely, charging us full price for our dinner that we only half ate.
  after spending 2.5 hours at this restaurant, I would kindly suggest everyone to take their business elsewhere.

  The food is pretty good and the establishment is alright, but nothing fancy. The food is definitely pricey, but you tend to get a fair bit of food for the money that you pay. It's far from the best Asian food that I've had, but it's nice to have something available even in this town. Overall I'd recommend it if you have a craving for Asian food.
