  Bloom is a cute building in a convenient downtown location and during the Farmers Market gets busy and you can bet that's for a reason. The food is excellent, the times I've come here I've never left unimpressed by my meal. The service is generally pretty attentive, once or twice I've had to wait a little while for a check but no big deal. The pancakes with the vanilla mascarpone (do NOT order without the mascarpone!) were the best I have ever had! The pancakes were fluffy and cooked perfectly, maybe a tad on the uncooked side but not doughy, and were sweet (perhaps a little sweeter than some would like, but good nonetheless). The bread that is made in house is to die for, and the homemade jam was gone in seconds! The brioche french toast is the best I've ever had and I wish they had given me another slice, as, unfortunately, the only bad thing I have to say for this place regards the portion sizes. While they give you enough to have a breakfast, it's definitely a smaller portion than I'm used to seeing at a regular diner. Also, when they ask if you want a small or large juice, go for the bigger size! A small really is pretty small. The price range is okay, given the fact that most of their food is made by scratch. Their motto is definitely "quality not quantity".
